MasBattery
From concept to live power-bank rental stations in Spain.
MasBattery is a power-bank rental brand for theme parks, water parks and venues in Spain. An Exlora Group venture I built from zero to live stations; my co-founder in Spain now runs it day to day.
Context and role
Co-founder. I built the brand, product experience, payments and the operations systems; my partner in Spain runs venue relationships, installations and day-to-day operations.
What I did
- Built the brand and the site from scratch: identity, voice, Framer site, legal and GDPR pages, and a no-form WhatsApp funnel for venue enquiries.
- Designed the guest flow and the kiosk UI in four languages: tap a card, take a power bank with two built-in cables, return it at any station. No app, no signup. Pre-authorisation, capped pricing, receipts and tax run on Stripe.
- Sourced and customised the hardware and rebranded the vendor software to our identity; specified the signage kit and station placement per venue.
- Built the operations layer myself with AI tooling: a partner dashboard, automated reconciliation and daily digests, fleet monitoring with alerting, a nightly revenue feed into a partner's ERP and a WhatsApp support line, so venues need no staff on it.
- Made outreach, replies and follow-up trackable in one CRM pipeline. Connected research, contacts, email and meeting history, drafts and next actions; human review and recorded results refine inputs and prompts. People own relationships and sending decisions.
- Set the commercial model: zero CapEx for the venue, revenue share, a turnkey partner programme for new sites; launched the LinkedIn and Instagram channels.
Outcomes and reporting period
Live in Spain since 26 August 2026, from first supplier quote to paying guests in four months. Built a brand and self-service rental experience, made outreach and follow-up visible in one sales pipeline, and connected partner reporting with payment reconciliation.

Business problem
Customer research, email conversations, meeting information and follow-up decisions need a shared customer history: what happened, who owns it and what should happen next.
Organise records around the customer
Linked contacts, organisation relationships, sources, conversation history, stages and next actions, keeping the date and reason behind each decision.
Use AI for preparation
Used AI to help research prospects, organise email and meeting information, prepare outreach and reply drafts, and write verified activity back to the CRM. Draft, approval and actual-send status remain separate.
Build around daily decisions
Brought tasks, decisions awaiting an owner, sales progress and daily reporting into one working interface so the team can move from records to action.
Close the feedback loop
Use human review and recorded replies, stages and next actions to refine research inputs, prompts and drafts for the next cycle.
Delivery and use
Made outreach and follow-up visible in one sales pipeline, with replies, stages and next actions recorded. AI organises and prepares; people own relationships, judgement and sending decisions. Partner reporting and payment reconciliation support the operations alongside it.
