MasBattery: outreach, replies and follow-up are trackable.

Start with one clear problem.

For teams connecting marketing, sales and operations. Start with one real acquisition, follow-up or reporting problem.

International enquiry follow-up

Connect enquiries to customer information and conversation history, with an owner and a next action.

Go-global content and sales material

Turn product information and buyer questions into outlines, visuals and AI videos with review and reuse.

Reporting, alerts and handover

Reduce repetitive collation, summarise business records and flag exceptions so the owner knows what needs attention.

Relevant experience from work I have done.

Operational systems, AI content and team handover are different jobs. Here is the experience behind each.

CRM: building the system and coaching the team.

Business problem

Customer research, email conversations, meeting information and follow-up decisions need a shared customer history: what happened, who owns it and what should happen next.

Organise records around the customer

Linked contacts, organisation relationships, sources, conversation history, stages and next actions, keeping the date and reason behind each decision.

Use AI for preparation

Used AI to help research prospects, organise email and meeting information, prepare outreach and reply drafts, and write verified activity back to the CRM. Draft, approval and actual-send status remain separate.

Build around daily decisions

Brought tasks, decisions awaiting an owner, sales progress and daily reporting into one working interface so the team can move from records to action.

Close the feedback loop

Use human review and recorded replies, stages and next actions to refine research inputs, prompts and drafts for the next cycle.

Delivery and use

Made outreach and follow-up visible in one sales pipeline, with replies, stages and next actions recorded. AI organises and prepares; people own relationships, judgement and sending decisions. Partner reporting and payment reconciliation support the operations alongside it.

Business problem

School customer development needs institution research, conversations with several contacts and next steps connected, so the team can understand each account's stage.

Define account and contact structure

Organised schools as accounts, linked contacts and follow-up details, and defined how to record research, ownership, stage and next steps.

Teach the method through real account reviews

Coached the team on customer research, contact routes and follow-up judgement, including recording research notes and decisions so colleagues could continue the work.

Hand over a repeatable approach

Delivered follow-up cadence, outreach scripts, SOPs and a review method, and trained the internal team. My focus was structure, method and coaching.

Delivery and use

CRM structure, follow-up guidance, SOPs and team training. Public material describes the method without exposing customer lists or internal data.

This illustrative workflow helps define scope. The tools and connections are agreed after reviewing the actual process.

One process, from review to handover.

  1. Map the current process

Identify how it works today, the slowest step, existing tools, the responsible person and the decisions that need human judgement.

  2. Define the pilot

Agree the deliverables, sample data, acceptance criteria and timetable. Software and model costs are listed separately before work starts.

  3. Build and test

Run samples through the process, then test duplicate enquiries, missing information and exceptions with the people who will use it.

  4. Train and hand over

Deliver configuration notes, operating instructions, test records and clear day-to-day ownership.

Measure business results, adoption and the customer experience.

Choose measures for the problem: lead acceptance, win rate, revenue or acquisition cost; response and handling time; completed follow-up, team use and confidence; customer experience feedback. Record a baseline and compare with the same definitions. The workflow has a human owner and a review loop.

Questions about working together

What does CRM consulting cover?

Choose one process across international enquiries, customer records, replies and sales follow-up. Assess existing tools, then agree the connections, testing and handover. MasBattery illustrates system building; Markswell illustrates CRM methods and team coaching.

Do we need to replace our systems?

We assess the existing tools and process first, then agree what can be reused and how it can be connected.

What does a pilot deliver?

The agreed process, a usable workflow, test records, operating instructions and team handover. Specific connections and features are written into the scope before work starts.

How is pricing agreed?

It depends on process complexity, tool connections, testing and handover. AI workflow projects receive a separate scope and quote.
