- Markswell — I lead brand strategy and go-to-market for a Chinese school-uniform manufacturer's global launch, rebranded from Xiaohaha to Markswell.
- Mas Battery — A fully managed, zero-CapEx power-bank rental brand for festivals, hotels, bars and theme parks across Europe.
- Exlora Group — The company I co-founded: a cross-border growth partner between China and Europe, from sourcing and branding to market entry, compliance and consulting, operated by a multi-agent AI model.
- Hilti — Commercial ownership, North Asia — I owned the digital commercial business for Hilti North Asia: revenue, eCommerce and the customer-facing digital journey.
- Hilti Paris — Global digital transformation — I led the change, communications and sales-enablement program behind Hilti's global digital marketing transformation, the bridge that turned strategy into adoption in the field.
- Hilti — Pixlee UGC launch — I was product owner for Hilti's Pixlee UGC platform launch: the shift from polished brand content to real user content worldwide.
- Rebecca Fashion — Creative direction and visual storytelling for Rebecca Fashion, a cross-border hair and beauty brand, one of my MeetSocial clients.
